Our accommodation
Experience a night stay at our grade II* listed historic small country manor house, nestled in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside.
The house comprises of 5 double bedrooms, 2 family suites and a pet friendly self-catering unit, all with en-suite or a private bathroom. We are able to accommodate up to 20 guests, with the potential of sleeping more upon enquiry.
A relaxing stay awaits you at our bed and breakfast steeped in history and stories just waiting to be unfolded.

Superior Double en-suite
Our superior rooms are large and spacious, with a luxurious bathroom / shower room en-suite and boast spectacular views of the garden.
Deluxe Double
Our deluxe rooms are located at the front of the house and offers a luxurious bathroom en-suite or a private shower room.
Family Suite
The large ground floor family suite comprises of 2 adjoining rooms with a disabled friendly en-suite and a seperate entrance from the main house.
The North Wing
The North Wing suite is situated on the 1st floor within the main house along is own private corridor. It comprises of 2 separate bedrooms and a large luxurious private bathroom.
Self-Catering Unit
The small self-catering unit comprises of an open plan living/sleeping area with a small fully equiped kitchen and bathroom. With laminated flooring, a separate entrance from the main house and its own access to the 3 acres of gardens/grounds, the unit is suitable for well-behaved pets.
